I cannot find my Registration Confirmation email.

You will receive a registration confirmation email automatically after your online registration is completed. It serves as your official invoice, and was emailed to the address you used when registering. If you entered your email address wrong, it may be sending to the wrong address. If you entered a CC Email address, it will be sent there as well. Please check the spam or junk folders for your confirmation email. If you still cannot locate your confirmation, please email Register@ConferenceSolutionsInc.com to request a copy of your confirmation. 

 

What is included in the Conference registration fee?

Conference registration includes access to all Conference sessions, plenary sessions, poster sessions and all Conference meal functions.

 

Is there a website where I can check my membership status?

You can see a current list of all HCSRN members at http://www.hcsrn.org/en/About/Members/.

 

Can I become a member of HCSRN and then register with the member price?

Unfortunately, no. Membership is at the institution level, not the individual level. If your institution is a member, you can register at the membership price.

 

Who should I contact about becoming an HCSRN member?

If you would like more information about your institution becoming a member, please visit the HCSRN membership website: http://www.hcsrn.org/en/About/Membership/.

 

I’m not sure which Registration Category I should choose.

Please use these guidelines to determine which registration category you should choose.

 

HCSRN Organization Member: An employee of an HCSRN member organization. Member organizations can be viewed here: http://www.hcsrn.org/en/About/Members/

Government Agency Employee: An employee of a federal, state, city, or county government agency.

Full-Time Student (Pre-Doctorate level): A full-time student at a Pre-Doctorate level.

Patient/ Patient Partner: A patient or a patient partner.

Individual Unaffiliated with HCSRN: Anyone who does not fall into one of the above categories.

 

Can I bring a guest to the Welcome Reception?

Unfortunately, guests are not permitted to attend the Welcome Reception.
 

How do I edit my contact information or add items to my order after I have already made my purchase?

Please email Register@ConferenceSolutionsInc.com for help modifying your registration.

 

Where can I find my reference number?

Your reference number was sent to you in your confirmation email after you finished your registration. You can also have it re-sent to you through the registration site. 

 

I need to cancel my registration. What is the cancellation policy?

We are happy to accommodate a refund for your purchase if you are unable to find a substitute prior to the deadline. Cancellation requests must be made in writing by emailing Register@ConferenceSolutionsInc.com. Cancellations received by March 11, 2019, will be refunded, less a 20% administrative fee. Unfortunately, no refunds will be given for cancellations received after March 11, 2019.  

 

I can no longer attend the Conference, but my colleague is available. What is the substitution policy?

If you know someone else who is interested in attending, payment of a $50 administrative fee enables you to transfer your registration to another person. Please email Register@ConferenceSolutionsInc.com to initiate the substitution. Substitutions will be transferred at the same rate as the original registration and can be made up until the pre-registration deadline, or onsite at the Conference Registration Desk.

 

I have some dietary restrictions/special needs. How do I inform the Conference Planners?

You will be able to enter any dietary restrictions or special needs information during the registration process. A member of our team will contact you as needed. Every effort is made to ensure conference meals accommodate a wide-range of dietary preferences; however, due to vendor limitations not all dietary restrictions can be accommodated.

 

Where will conference registration be located?

The Conference will be held at the Hilton Portland Downtown, located at 921 SW 6th Avenue, Portland, Oregon, 97204. The Registration Desk will be located in the Grand Ballroom Foyer.

 

I would like to reserve a hotel room in Portland. Which hotel should I contact?

HCSRN has secured a discounted rate at the Hilton Portland Downtown, where all conference events will take place.  

Visit the Accommodations Page to learn more and to reserve your room. Reservations can be made at the group rate until March 15, 2019, or until the group block is sold out; whichever occurs first.

 

Do you offer group discounts?

There are no group discounts offered for this Conference.

 

Do I have to pre-enroll for sessions?

You do not need to pre-enroll for sessions.

 

I still want to attend the Conference but need to cancel one of my optional agenda items. What is the cancellation for optional agenda items?

Cancellations of individual conferences items received by March 11, 2019, will receive a full refund. We are unable to offer a refund after March 11, 2019. Substitutions can be made without a charge.

 

Are there any academic credits available for this Conference?

A Certificate of Attendance will be provided, but no CMEs are offered for this Conference.

 

Can I register on-site?

Yes, on-site registration is available during posted registration hours beginning Monday, April 8 at the Registration Desk located in the Grand Ballroom Foyer.

 

Can I bring a guest?

All sessions and meals associated with the conference are for registered attendees only.

 

What should I wear?

Business casual attire is preferred. Be sure to wear layers, as the meeting spaces may run hot or cool compared to your comfort level. In most years, Portland averages a daily maximum temperature for April that's between 59 and 65 degrees Fahrenheit. The minimum temperature usually falls between 41 and 45 °F. If you are planning to explore the city or your accommodations are offsite it is recommended that you bring an umbrella.
