I am having trouble getting started with online registration.

Visit the Register Now page and click the "New Registration" button.

 

I cannot find my Registration Confirmation email.

You will receive a registration confirmation email automatically after your online registration is completed. It serves as your official invoice and was emailed to the address used when registering.

 

What is included in the Conference registration fee?

Conference registration includes access to all Conference, plenary, and poster sessions.

 

Is there a website where I can check my membership status?

A current list of all HCSRN members is located at www.hcsrn.org/en/About/Members/.

 

Can I become a member of HCSRN and then register with the member price?

Unfortunately, no. membership is at the institution level rather than the individual level. If your institution is a member you can register at the membership price.

 

Who should I contact about becoming an HCSRN member?

More information about an institution becoming a member is available on the HCSRN membership webpage, www.hcsrn.org/en/About/Membership/.

 

I'm not sure which Registration Category I should choose.

Use these guidelines to determine which registration category you should choose.

HCSRN Member: an employee of an HCSRN member organization. Member organizations can be viewed here: www.hcsrn.org/en/About/members/.

Government Agency Employee: An employee of a federal, state, city, or county government agency.

Student/Trainee: Individuals enrolled in a full-time PhD program, post-doctoral fellowship, or Master's degree program.

Patient/Patient Partner: A patient or a patient partner.

HCSRN Non-Member: Anyone who does not fall into one of the above categories.

 

How do I edit my contact information or add items to my order after I have already made my purchase?

Email Register@ConferenceSolutionsInc.com for assistance modifying your registration.

 

Where can I find my reference number?

Your reference number was sent to you in your confirmation email following registration. if needed, please email Registration@ConferenceSolutionsInc.com to have it resent.

 

I need to cancel my registration. What is the cancellation policy?

We are happy to accommodate a refund for your purchase if you are unable to finda  substitute prior to the deadline. Cancellation requests must be made in writing by emailing Register@ConferenceSolutionsInc.com. Cancellations received by 5:00 PM PST April 12, 2021 will be refunded, less a 20% administrative fee. Unfortunately, no refunds will be given for cancellations received after April 12, 2021.

 

I can no longer attend the Conference, but my colleague is available. What is the substitution policy?

If you know someone else who is interested in attending, payment of a $50 administrative fee enables you to transfer your registration to another person simply by emailing Registration@ConferenceSolutionsInc.com. Substitutions will be transferred at the same rate as the original registration. Substitutions can be made until April 12, 2021.
