Annual Conference dates: April 21 - 23
Conference Location: Sheraton Dallas Hotel, Dallas, Texas
Early-bird registration is September 16 through the March 13.
Standard registration is March 14 through the conference.

Vendor / Contractor* – an individual or company which provides products or services to one of HCSRN’s member institutions. Sole proprietors or individuals employed by the company providing products or services are not considered employees of the HCSRN member institution and must register using the vendor/contractor category. To be eligible for consideration for the HCSRN member registration rate, a contractor must have HCSRN member credentials including an email address for the HCSRN member organization and must register with that address.
Cancellation Policy
HCSRN will accommodate a refund for your purchase, if you are unable to find a substitute prior to the deadline. Cancellation requests must be made in writing by emailing [email protected]. Cancellations received by February 24, 2026, will be refunded, less a 20% administrative fee. Unfortunately, no refunds will be given for cancellations received after February 24, 2026.
Substitution Policy
If you know someone else who is interested in attending, payment of a $50 administrative fee enables you to transfer your registration to another person. Please email [email protected] to initiate the substitution. Substitutions will be transferred at the same rate as the original registration and can be made up until the pre-registration deadline, or onsite at the Conference Registration Desk.

HCSRN may use your information to contact you regarding current conference and future HCSRN programming; including but not limited to: email marketing and important registration-related reminders, information regarding your onsite experience and mailed communications.
